These terms apply to locksmith services booked through Emergency Locksmith Peckham, provided by Lucky Locks.

Quotes and pricing

Where possible, we provide a price indication over the phone before any work begins. Final pricing depends on the job found on site, time of day and materials required, and will always be confirmed with you before work starts.

Guarantee

Lock installations and repairs carried out by Lucky Locks are guaranteed against faulty workmanship. Please contact us if an issue arises with completed work.

Cancellations

If you no longer need a booked call-out, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reallocate the appointment.

Liability

We take reasonable care on every job. Where non-destructive entry isn't possible, we'll always talk you through the options before any damage occurs.
